I think you can upgrade MS Mail to Outlook, and then use the standard upgrade option.

As usual, its a case of going to your local Lotus salesperson (near the end of the quarter) and abusing them…
Check out the openntf.org v6 template - its a little closer to the outlook one, and may reduce some pain…
