In our company we have a few tablet PCs with lotus notes configured on them. Is it possible to integrate the Lotus notes with Tablet PC infut features like sticky notes/Journal ???

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is yes. In Lotus Notes, in the body of a new memo, you should be able to go to Create → Object → Pen and Ink Drawing. This puts in a box that is resizable as well as you can use the TabletPC stylus.
