Lotus notes excel problem

Hi,i am using lotus notes 5.5, all the information from the columns listed in the views will be exported into one excel workbook. i worked on development server, whenever i run the agent, it exports one excel sheet, i can open that file. but whenever client runs, it is not opening on the client machine. i am using 2003 excel,client using 2007 excel.

what is the problem, why it is not opening on client machine,

how to rectify it.

please help me.

How do you realized the export? Via Lotus Script?Did you checked the ECL of the used Client? May be the signatur of the agent has no rights to executed extern programms.
