We have a Windows Service that generates EMails. It includes URLs to our applications. Some of our client’s use Lotus email clients and when they receive the email, none of their URLs are clickable. All the emails that we generate are body with HTML and URLs are in the format of “http://someone.someone.com”. While this works on all the other mail clients, it fails in notes as it does not do anything when clicked. I was told this is not the way the URL has to be embedded to Lotus. Could you please let me know what is the correct formatof URL we must use?
