Lotus notes email restriction

I have a group in NAB. This group has an internet address so both the Lotus Notes domain and external email users can send to this group. I need to restrict who can send email to this group for both the internal and external email users. I was able to restrict internal users using the ‘Who can read this document’ document property. However, when the ‘All readers and above’ has been unchecked, all external users are being rejected by Domino. But i need some of the user from outside domain to send email for this group? Please can some can help???

Try looking at putting the email address of the external person(s) in the access list. Omit the “@domain.zzz” part. In other words, if you want “johndoe@gmail.com” to be able to use the list, try putting “johndoe” in the list.

I have added the name as you suggested, but its not working.

Eg.,jacky.jac@gmail.com as

jacky jac

jacky.jac

both are not working for external domain.

Getting error as “#5.0.0 X-Notes; Not authorized to send mail to this user or group”

Kindly advice
