I’m working with a graphic designer who is using Adobe Photoshop & Outlook to send us an “image” (an event invitation) which we can use to send to clients.
I’ve tried using stationery, changing the background, sending as internet mail, etc. I’m not the administrator - but have a strong knowledge of Notes design (for an end user). I do not know HTML and how the e-mail advertisements work. Wish I did though!!!
Can you please let me know what I need specifically so I can pass it on to our Notes Administrator. Help in my company is pretty limited to “Did you try to reboot?”
There may be other ways to do this, but I know of only one, which is to send the e-mail as passthru HTML. to do this, you will need to set your location preferences for mail for ‘Format for messages addressed to internet addresses’ to be Notes Rich Text and not MIME, then paste the html source into the body of the e-mail. Then select the html and from the menu bar select Text > Pass-Thru HTML. It should now have a grey background.
