Lotus Notes crash after connected blackberry with desktop manager

I’m using Lotus Notes client 8.0.2 in Windows XP. I have been activating my company’s blackberry with Blackberry Desktop Manager 5.0.1 without errors but not this one.

Once I login the Blackberry desktop manager and it asked to connect with my blackberry. Once keying the blackberry password, then my Lotus Notes crashed, followed by my blackberry desktop manager too.

What is wrong?

Do you have a call stack or other diagnostic info from the crash?

Do you have the NSD that should have been generated?

You can try posting at least the call stack and we can take a quick gander. Otherwise I recommend contacting Tech Support to get some in-depth help.
