Subject: Several options
Notes doesn’t speak the proprietary MS Exchange protocol so basically your options are:
Enable POP3 or IMAP on the Exchange server and use Notes as a POP3 or IMAP client. This will only give you email connectivity, i.e. no calendar and no tasks.
Setup Outlook Web Access (OWA) on the Exchange server and use your Notesclient as a webbrowser (using IE integration or the built-in browser, depending on your version of the Notesclient). This should give you access to all OWA features but doesn’t provide any integration with other Notes apps.
I’m not sure if Exchange can provide access to a mailbox via RSS. If so, you could subscribe to it using the built-in feedreader in Notes 8. Of course this would be one-way read-only access.
If Exchange can provide access to a calendar via iCal, you could try that with the new iCal subscription feature in Notes 8.5. Again, this would be one-way read-only access.
Finally you could persuade the Exchange administrator to move to a “real” messaging and collaboration platform. It’s called Lotus Domino…![]()

Check into Damo and it’s features. This may be what you’re looking for.
