Lotus Notes Client Issue

Hi Lotus Gurus,

I have installed Notes Client 8.5.2 recently, however unable to launch the client. It displays Splash screen and the indicator does not move ahead.

Subject: Samething happened to me.

Tried renaming workspace folder, renaming bookmarks etc. Ended up having to uninstall and reinstall, was a total PIA

Subject: Can you run Notes Basic?

try running nlnotes.exe directly from the Notes install location. If that works then you might try renaming your workspace directory (which is in your Notes data directory) to workspace.save and then launching Notes.

renaming folder ‘workspace’ solved my problem with Notes 8.5.3Thank you.
