Not able to see, “Participant actions” or “owners actions” in calendar documents.
I have ran fixup -f, updall -r and compact -c. I also update design of database. But still not able to see “Participant actions” or “owners actions” in calendar documents. please suggest…
Subject: things to try
First of all, make sure you are the owner in the calendar profile. If this was screwed up, or if a name change hasn’t completed fully, that woudl explain this problem.
If some or all of the calendar entries you are looking at were generated by code or from another mail system, try creating a new calendar invitation from this mailbox. Save it, then go back in and see if the options are there. If that works, then the generated calendar entries are missing fields required by the program, and you’ll have to compared those documents to the successful one to figure out what they are, then write somethign to “fix” them.
Last thing to try. Be sure you have a backup of the mailfile first. Replace the mailfile template with some other non-email template (such as journal). Open it with that template. Close it. Replace the template again, this time back to the appropriate version of the mail template. This sometimes works where a refresh, or replace of the same design, does not.
