When I open my Lotus Notes calendar the default view is always “All Calendar Entries”. How can I get it to open on a different view? (ie “Day”, “Week”, “Month”)
I have tried opening the "Month"view and closing the calendar and reopening and it always reverts back to the “All Calendar Entries” view.
Not a big deal to hit the needed tab, just a bit annoying to need to do that every time I open the calendar.
Any help will be appreciated.

Go to your Notes workspace and delete the icon for your mail database (right click and choose “Remove from workspace”). The local cache for a database is associated with the workspace icon, so any corrupted cache values will be removed when you delete the icon. The next time you open your mail database, the default launch settings should work properly for you.

Stan,
Thank you for your resopnse. I do appreciate it.
Tried your suggestion with no luck.
I forgot to mention in my previous post that my mail file is on an I-series server and I have a replica of the mail file on my pc for offline work. When I open the replica calendar correctly it points to the “day” view. It’s on the mail file on the server that is not pointing to the correct view.
Again, I appreciate your suggestion, I’m still a little “green” on some of these issues.

There’s nothing wrong with the mail database on the server, just the way your client uses it. If the cache is stubborn, you may need to take more drastic measures (deleting the cache.ndk and perhaps even the desktopX.ndk files). If the design of the server database had gotten out of whack, it would have replicated to your local database and mucked that up as well.
