This is a Lotus notes Mail File
What would cause a new created Auto-reply agent not to triggure ?
I changed the agent to trigger before new mail arrives. When this setting is set, the agent does not trigger.
If changed to after new mail arrives, the agent triggures.
The Config Doc setting Pre-Delivery Agents is enabled.
Any advice ?

Also,
Pre-delivery agents are run per message (a document context), After new mail arrives agents get a collection of unprocessed documents.
Perhaps your agent is running, but not seeing any docs in the collection (it won’t generate an error) and then ending?

If you’re certain the agent doesn’t run (not just that it doesn’t do anything when it runs) post the code.

Only one pre-delivery agent can run per database - do you perhaps have another one running already?
