Best practice-wise on Lotus Notes administration: is it good to share Administrator’s account to more than 1 system administrator or to assign Administrator’s role to individual system’s administrator user account?

In my humble opinion:It’s best to create multiple Lotus Notes administrator accounts, in this way you can also log which user did what actions.
Subject: In general specific Admin accounts for every administrative user, but
for some special or security sensitive roles/functions, one may use functional Ids.To enhance security for these functional ids, you may assign more than one password and provide different persons with only one of them.

How do i go about creating functional ids and assigning more than one password and provide different persons with only one of them?
