I have one user that is running an 8.5 client with the 8.5 template that cannot open a read receipt from one user. It gives her a strange symbol in her inbox, and when she goes to open it - it is from this one user only.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, put the new template back on of the one that cannot open it, ran the fixes on the db of both users.
It is frustrating…any ideas?
