On some Windows XP Professional PCS / Laptops after upgrading from N6.5.x and N7.x when you go to the File Menu > Preferences > and then you attempt to click “Mail” that is when the Lotus Notes client goes to lunch for a few seconds and then displays the following message;
"IBM Lotus Notes/Domino has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Is does not crash the client so there is no NSD log file created for analyzing. Has anyone seen this problem before? Thank you.
