Lotus Notes 8.5.1 Basic Configuration v Standard Configuration?

Does anyone have a list or reference to the core differences between Lotus Notes 8.5.1 Basic Configuration and Standard Configuration?

I assume the main difference being that one runs on Eclipse the other doesn’t. What additional new features are lost in the Basic Configuration e.g. X-Pages, Composite apps etc?

Finally, what would the main reasons to go down the Basic configuration as opposed to the Standard configuration?
