Changing the password of the user but its not changes and person document is not getting updated with the last change password.User change the password and request is not submitted in admin4.nsf how to check that issue.
Some rules are working in user mail file and some is not working how to get rid of this.
can anyone having idea for the issues.

Here is something to try…
Turn Check password off…in the person document for the user
Change the password on the users machine… File >security > user security etc
Then turn Check password back on.
You should see that this updates the password digest and the change date and time etc.
