Lotus Domino hang due to NSD running

Dear all,

My malaysia office encountered this problem:

Lotus Domino application hang… and this message appear:-

NSD Is Running

Saving to file D:\…

On the server screen, she managed to capture this:

Full Text message: Memory allocation error. errcode = 520

MT Collector: Error indexing the message tracking store: Not enough memory for Full Text Indexing or Search

MT Collector: Error indexing the message tracking store: Full Text Error - failure to init KV filter.

Can someone advise? What she do and to prevent this from happening again?

Post the FATAL THREAD section of the NSD files with the few lines under it

Just to clarify – Domino is not hanging because NSD is running, NSD is running because Domino was hanging/crashing. NSD gathers and logs crash data and kills running Notes or Domino processes. It is supposed to run when Notes/Domino crashes.
