Hello, I am running multiple Domino servers on I-Series - all version 8.01. Does anyone know how to start the controller that listens on port 2050, so I can use the console software, instead of the admin client to start a remote console ? Thank you.
Subject: option on STRDOMSVR command
There is an option on the green screen command STRDOMSVR command to start the java console. You can enter the STRDOMSVR command directly, or on the WRKDOMSVR screen: Enter 1 on the server to start; Press F4 to get prompt screen; Enter desired value for java console:*YES - start the java console and Domino server;
*ONLY - only start the java console;
or *NO, the default to not start the java console.
