I have Lotus Domino 8.5 cluster in windows server 2003. I have define the quota for the users like 500mb each.The server Mail and Mail1 is the member of cluster. If I access web mail from the server Mail1 it shows 261MC accopied and 500MB quota where as if I checked the webmail from Mail1 another server then it prompt your quota is accessed 261 of 260 MB. Could anyone help me out on the same.

Changes to quotas do not replicate between servers in a cluster, in my experience. When I make a quota change, I have to apply it the replica on both of my mail servers.
Is it possible that your quota used to be smaller, and it was only increased to 500MB on one of your clustered servers?

Yes, We just change the only one server. Our concern is if we change to one server then it the personal document should be replicated to other server. That’s why we did not change it to the replica server.
