Since I saw the readme for the a.m. fix, dating November, I have been trying to find the dl location for same but could not, could somebody please be so kind and point me too? Much appreciated!

just at the same time of your posting found my way around too, it is a bit of a struggle I find to get down to the right information at IBM website. E.g. why not to put a direct link to the download source in the release note?

I suspect the Release Note you are referring to, is the Notes/Domino Release notes. The Fix Central opportunity is a new feature that was not available at the time the Notes/Domino release notes were created. Now, with the availability of Fix Central, we have a “More Information” link that provides information specific to each DAMO release. This is the doc that you will see associated with the current Interim Fix:
