It’s not very good at graphical designing of web pages, but you can easily integrate NVU with Domino ( http://nvu.com ).

For everything else for creating web pages it’s great! It has LotusScript, Documents and Views, nothing much else is needed.

Basically you configure nvu to publish the pages to your ftp server, then have a Domino application which imports the HTML files via an triggered or scheduled LotusScript agent into Notes Documents and other files into file attachments.

Go away Marky, do you think posting these kind of useless comments will make IBM listen to anything you have to say?

You posted the same useless comment 6 weeks ago:

A bad craftsman always blames his tools…Designer was never optimized for web development, but the tools are all there if you take the time to learn how to use them. Take a look at the work being done on codestore.net and others - with Designer. This shows what can be done with some effort. Granted, web development can be very frustrating on the Domino platform.

One thing that would be cool to see in Designer is tag auto-completion (perhaps including attributes etc) inside of pass-thru html on a form/page. That would certainly speed things up for me.

Subject: Disagree, it’s great if you know how to code with HTML and js…
