Lotus Client crashes whileopening/saving attachment from a document

This issue happens only to few users and not everyone. And issue is reported for multiple databases which resides on same server. Any thoughts?

I am strongly encourage you to open a PMR.

The Support Team needs additional data (crash LOGs: NSD, CONSOLE.LOG, etc) to a further investigation of the root cause of the issue.
