We are experiencing the Lotus Client 9.0.1 FP4 Social edition crashes after migrating from 8.5.1 Standard Configuration on WINDOW 7 Citrix machine. WIN7 server is build with 5 GB of RAM on 64 bit machine. Any one facing similar crash issue with 9.0.1 FP4. Need your assistance.

In order to determine why the machine is crashing, you will need to get an NSD from the machnine. I wuold also advise you to then contact IBM and open a PMR and supply them with the NSD to troubleshoot the issue.
