Lotus Calendar: The server is not currently making this information available

We wanted the Calendar Entry information of all users make available to everyone across the company.

I have enabled the All server Configuration document to extract the Calendar information. Applied Mail Policy to all users with the option " Everyone can see all Calendar entries", and “Detailed information should be availablee to all”. Still users are getting this error" The Server is not currently making this information available". Ran Adminp command to force apply mail policy.

I have rebuilt busytime.nsf, flushed DBcache, still this does’nt work. Any idea on this…?

Subject: Update–

After checking the Busytime Document, I can see for few users busytimeharvetopt field has value as ‘0’ and for rest of the users it is 1. For the few users with the value ‘o’, able to retrieve busytime info… I tried deleted some the documents and did tell sched check and validate, the new document created has ‘1’ as field value…
