My notes and internet passwords wont sync. policies-> security settings-> internet password-> password management settings are set to YES for “allow users to change…” and " Update internet password…"
Does anyone know where else to look. All users on my server log into notes and web inotes using diff passwords.

If I recall correctly, the internet password gets synched when you change your Notes password. A request gets generated for adminp to ‘Change HTTP Password in Domino Directory’. Are you seeing these in the Administration Requests database?
If not, it may be that the Policy is not being implemented properly. Are you using any other policies? Are they working?
