Lotus 8.5.2 sending mail to wrong address

User types a name, queries from PAB successfully. Name populates in the email to field. User sends the e-mail and goes to the wrong receipient which use to have a “forward” enabled. The forward was removed from PAB but the client still has some cached info that sends the email to the forwarded address which is no longer valid.

When I log in to another workstation with their ID, this does not occur, only on their workstation so I know the PAB is correct and I’ve also verified this on my installation. By the way, local names.nsf is empty so there’s no chance it’s pulling from the local address book.

Any ideas? Do I delete cache.NDK to resolve?

Make sure the “recent contacts” is also empty…and the trash, too. IBM’s been working on improvements in recent contacts handling, but it can bite you.
