In our sales department, we have agents setup for users that if they are out of the office, it will forward their email to another specified user in the department. We have used this agent for years without an issue. However, on Version 8.02, the recepient gets the forwarded email, but they can not click on show details to get the person’s email address to reply back to. The original email’s address details never expand.
Has anyone else seen this, and is there a work arounds?
I’ve offered to just allow the users access to the email accounts through delegation, but they don’t want to do this. I may push the issue, so on the emails that they need to find the sender, they have a way of doing it.
