I wonder if it is posible to have Lotus 7 and Lotus 8 client installed in the same machine ?

You can even have them running at the same time.

I can’t take the credit here, but there is a German company named Assonos and they have documented this process very well on their blog. It’s quite an excellent document and has a very detailed write up on how to set this up (and I can’t even read German! lol)

Subject: With some limitations, yes - just like with other versions, too.
Problemsa) Only one Version is going to work 100% with OLE stuff and alike as only one Version can be at the right points in the registry. This will be the second version installed.
b) Based on Windows I had good experience just simply renaming the Programm and data directory for Version1 before starting to install Version2 to make sure to have it be an entirely independent install.
c) The two of them will not share a desktop
