Lotus 6.5 error

Received an error message in a red box reading -"Sorry, and uncorrectable error has occured

LookupHandle: Handle not allocated

Press enter to abort the application"

This error appears when the user attempts to open an adobe document thats is attached to an email.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Have you tried detaching the PDF file and opening it from there, rather then from notes? Maybe the attachment is corrupt.
