We have several users using Lotus Notes 9.0.1 on Windows 7 Pro x64 machines where their entire inbox will display a light grey and it would not let you click on anything. The only way to fix it is to close it completely and start again. They are all using Mail9 template and I’ve tried doing File > Application> Refresh and Replace design options. This issue doesn’t happen all the time with the exception of one that happens on a regular basis.
Even change the jvm.properties to increase the vmarg.Xmx to 1024m and vmarg.Xms to 256m
Uninstalling and re-installing didn’t help.
Any ideas on what else I can try?
