One of our user have very often crush on his Lotus Client.
I try upgrade 6.5.0 to 7.0.3, crush was even there :s
I uninstall completely the client, then reinstall it (7.0.3), the problem is not move :s.
I check the user log, but i do not found anything that could help me.
I am despererate, could any one help me please.
If necessary, i can post the log.

A few things to check:
Does the user have full Admin rights to the Lotus folder at the operating system level?
Have you made a backup of the local names.nsf? Once you do that, delete it and create a new one.
Have you renamed bookmarks.nsf?
Have you deleted cache.ndk?
And DO NOT post the log (thanks for that, Andre).

I just reinstall and put back the names ans bookmark dB.
I have not put back the ini file, to have a brand new ini file.
So i had to reconfigure the notes.

Is there any sort of subscription on your db?
Open the database, go in the create menu\Subscription
It’s for Notes 8, but it will guide you.

Thanks for your info.
I delete the subscription from the headline.nsf dB.
It SEEM to resolve the probleme : no crush when i quit lotus notes.
After it i use the fix that you recomand : delete the bookmark.nsf
