Lost Outline

Hi,

I have a Notes application that usually has an outline in the left navigator with views organized in folders. Sometime in the past couple of weeks, the outline has been lost - specifically (both for the local and server copy), I’m getting a long list of views with no folders.

The launch properties show: open designated frameset (for both local and server copy).

I’ve tried renaming cache.ndk and desktop8.ndk with no change in the navigator.

I’ve also tried closing all tabs, restarting NOTES and rebooting with no luck.

Any ideas or suggestions on how I can get the outline back?

Opened the db in design?Looked at the frameset, page and outline?

Have you checked for a change in group name in the ACL?

Subject: Lost Outline - follow up

I cannot open the DB in question in design mode as I don’t have authority. I have made a local copy (which is working “OK” with the outline showing properly). The outline & frameset look OK in designer in my local copy and, again, they work just fine in the local copy.

I’ve also found there is an error “unable to load all frameset content…”.
