Hi all,
One of our users has worked on some document in some db, while accidental restart of his workstation ocurred.
After this, when other people want to edit that document they get messagebox: “The document is currently opened for edit by user_name/domain_name”,“Lotus Notes”.
Even when “that” user has changed document, saved it and exited from it after the accident (couple of times), the situation didn’t change. She logged out of db, logged out of LN client, and nothing helped.
What should I do in this case as an administrator? Or she as a user?
