Lost Mail

A User was notified, that a new mail has arrived. But no mail was received in the user´s mail-DB. Also in the view “All Documents” it is not present. The server log says that it was delivered. The Database aktivity log says that the server has written a document by that time.

Is there anybody out there with a solution to such a problem.

Problem solved. The user has deleted the mail before the popup window was displayed!

  1. examine the rules in the mail-db-> if the doc is deleted, you should find a deletion stub in the mail-db

  2. examine whether a readers field is in the doc

→ the overall number of documents increases
