"Lost" and "hidden"documents after move to different hosting provider

I moved my web project from one hosting provider to another. I’ve changed the ACL, refreshed all the formulas to reflect a new file path etc. etc.

But all my documents, which store image attachments are currently behaving as if they would have an Author field in them (which i DON"T) - until I log in over web, I can’t see them and if I open any other document, that has a formula, referring to any of this document, I’m getting a password prompt.

Really whiered!!

I found out, that somehow during the transfer ther was $Readers field with values inserted in all my documents with images attached. I tuan a simple agent to delete this field from all these documents and now they all show up just fine!

Still cannot recall, how and why $Readers got in there, but next time I’ll know the first place to look at…

Is the database actually in another domain or not?If so you might want to resign the database.

I moved from dominodeveloper (/DDN) to Prominic (/Prominic) servers.Do I need to re-sign all design elements and all the documents with my new id to fix the provlem?

I would certainly sign all the design documents with the Administrator client (if you have one).I dont think it would hurt to resave all your documents, just to eliminate any weird other domain things going on.
