After upgrading the design of some mail files from the standard R6 mail template (StdR6Mail) to iNotes6 using the Convert utility, many of our users are losing some of their personal folders at random, over a period of a few weeks.
We did not explicitly check to see whether the “No Refresh” option was set to ON, but their databases had “Inherit design from Master template” enabled and set to StdR6Mail, so by default, the folders should have been protected.
Please note that these folders were not lost at the time of the design update, but over a period of time after that, in difference mailboxes.
