Hi, I need some help with this tricky problemI have this user, when she double click a message in the inbox after she closed it the message dissapears from the inbox.
The only place where she can find it is in the “All Documents” window.
I’m sure this is configuration but I don’t know exactly to search for this specific configuration.

The user probably clicked the button that toggles between View Unread and View All in the button bar above the Inbox.
