Login from html

From public HTML, I have two fields: “Username” and “Password”. When submit I submit:

http://server/names.nsf?Login&username=" + document.forms[0].Username.value + “&password=” + document.forms[0].Password.value + “&redirectto=http://server/databaseX”

In domino 6 is Ok, but in 7.0.2 the HTTP Web Server show this message:

Function Not Implemented Exception [names.nsf?Login&username…]
