Logical disk activity (D) exceeds configured thresholds

Greetings - Has anyone seen this error before?

“Logical disk activity (D) exceeds configured thresholds.”

I can’t find any info on it. Does anyone have any thoughts on what it might mean? The server has plenty of drive space.

Thanks for your assistance.

Robert

Subject: Logical disk activity (D) exceeds configured thresholds.

‘disk activity’ refers to disk input/output, not available space. Look in the ‘Monitoring Configuration’ database for the probe titled ‘Default Operating System/Disk Probe’ - there you can enable/disable the probe, or adjust its sensitivity.

It’s common to see this alert around the time a backup job or anti-virus scan begins. If the cause is normal Domino activity, you might want to look at the problem more closely.
