One of my techs have been opening up users mailboxes and reading email. Is there any way of viewing what exactly this certain user has been doing in Domino Admin? I’d like to be able to get a list of databases that he’s opened or made changes to. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Check db activity to see what db he opened and see if he created/deleted docs. You can then create views based on who created/modified docs.

That might give you some info going foward.
At one company I worked for we need to see what a admin assistant was doing and put a code to send a email in the post open and delete of the mail forms to a central db. This was for debug purposes but I guess if you want to trap someone :>)
