Log file says SMTP message "transferred to <domain> for <address>" but no recipients got the msg

One of our users is sending mail to a group but when the users calls the members of the group to see if they got the mail, they didn’t.

I check the log files and see:

“Router: Message transferred to for via SMTP”

for all recipients’ addresses in the group

What could be going wrong?

TIA,

You said: I check the log files and see:“Router: Message transferred to for via SMTP”

Can you find the messages in the log that say:

“Router: Message delivered to …”

Subject: Log file says SMTP message “transferred to for ” but no recipients got the msg

there are some troubleshooting tips here:

I am assuming that the message is going out to the internet.

If it is an internal message, start looking at your Notes Logs.

HTH.
