Location.href gives db path in uppercase

Hi

I have a web application deployed in one of our servers, and it was working for the last 1 year . From yesterday it is behaving mysteriously.I have narrowed down the problem

location.href used to give https:\cds.cat.com\cls\rams.nsf

But now it started giving https:\cds.cat.com\CLS\RAMS.NSF

i am attempting to get the db path for one of my pop up by splitting locatio.href with “.nsf” and since its now giving nsf in uppercase , the code is failing.

I checked the file name of the database and it is still cls\rams.nsf

I have not touched the design for the last four months . So i doubt its some server setting that screwed this up .

can anybody give some light on what happened or where i should check?? I can always alter the code to conevrt location.href to lowercase , but i need to find out what happened

Thanks

Rameez
