In Location Documents, the Internet Mail Address field contains the address in “Bill Jones” bjones@xyz.com format.
The address keeps reverting to bjones@xyz.com.
The phrase gets changed back. Can’t figure out why its doing this. Can anyone help? or have you seen this problem before?

In your location doc, you can go to Actions->Advanced and there is setting to keep the server from updating the location file email info.
