"Locate object" dialog does not allow to select some databases

The “Locate Object” dialog is used in different areas. 1. The “Create/Hotspot/linked Hotspot”, “Type = Named element”. Click the Browse Button.

  1. In Composite Application Editor, “Add Components/Add NSF Component”, Browse Button

…and some more in Domino Designer.

If I click the Browse button in the “Locate Object” dialog, the “Choose Application” dialog appears. But if I try to select an application, the previous selected or default database is still shown in the “Locate Object” Dialog.

This is not consistent, some databases are selectable others are not.

Sometime a restart of Notes helps to solve the problem.

Got same issue, what causes it? How to resolve ? If i shut down and restart i still have same problem.
