About 5 years I say to myself : “Why are LocalDomainServers & OtherDomainServers provided as Groups in Personal NAB ?”
There must be a reason, but I could never figure which one.

Maybe I have an idea:
If you select “Enforce consistent ACL” in a database, the Notes client must be able to resolve ACL entries locally thru the local names.nsf.
Just a guess …
