Local replica for use of multiple users

Hi, Can anyone have any idea of creating a local replica of a database with encryption on and allows multiple users (atleast 2) to access it? Is it possible in the first place?

Also, I hope its possible to access by multiple users if local database is not encrypted.

Please let me know if anyone knows.

Will these users be access other people’s desktops? or you mean a local database replica on a shared desktop?

Actually its a laptop used remotely off the network. so u may think it as shared.
