Local Encryption on Server

I have two domino servers and some of the mail files on the second server are replicas of the first. For additional security, I want to enable local encrption (medium) on the secondary server. How do I do this in bulk / collectively for all mailfiles in pre-fefined folder from the server console without individually opening the properties dialog box of each mailfile.

I think, at the current time, there is no administrative tool or LotusScript method to do this.
