We have a problem with a user where when any folder is created in the local file it does not replicate to server copy but mails do get replicated. Folders created in server copy replicate to local copy without any problem. Any reason/fixes for this . I have tried new replica, fixup, reinstallation of notes but nothing helped . Anything else to try ?

In the ACL on the server replica make sure the user has Create Shared Folders/views selected. On the server replica open Replication Settings and click on Advanced and make sure “Design Elements” is selected under which elements to allow on incoming replications.
