I am updating a database for the Web and testing on a local copy of the Domino Server. When I try to open documents for one specific form, I get the error “HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - This database has local access protection and you are not authorized to access it locally”. I can open the documents from the Notes Client OK and open all the other documents in the database on the Web. It doesn’t matter if I am logged on with my Notes ID or as anonymous. The security is the same for all forms. What could be causing this problem?

Did you ever found a solution? I’m having the same problem: database isn’t locally encrypted, can opening all forms except one form. It gives me the error: This database has local access protection and you are not authorized to access it locally.
